More about Tyson

Q: What’s a day like in your shoes at Silent Rivers?

Each day is different, but it all begins by connecting with clients, subcontractors or suppliers as well as getting updates from Silent Rivers artisans who are working in the field on client projects. Otherwise, you’ll often find me working on design drawings for clients or doing research for their projects. Project site visits and pursuing continuing education also fit into my week.

Q: What’s one thing you ‘geek out’ about?

I would have to say my top two ‘geek out’ hobbies are woodworking and cars (classic, custom, rare, etc.).

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being on Team Silent Rivers?

I love the variety of projects. Each client is different, and it’s so much fun to help them design and remodel their dream room or the whole home!

Q: What does design+build mean to you? And what’s your favorite part of the process?

The process is a more traditional and classic approach to remodeling and building. Designers and the artisans work in collaboration to give the client the best possible result, with very close collaboration between the client, designer and artisans. That way, we’re able to give our clients the best possible finished product – something they’ll love for years to come!
