Lower Extremity Wound Care

The Wound Center is a state-of-the-art practice that is dedicated to the healing of wounds. Our board certified physicians are well-versed in the most current techniques, treatments and products available.  We care for all types of lower extremity wounds from diabetic to venous, and we work closely with the Laser Vein Center on all vascular wounds.  We also offer non-invasive vascular testing to ensure that our patients have the needed blood supply to heal their wounds and to prevent new wounds from forming.

The Wound Center offers many advanced techniques to wound healing including all types of biological dressing.  We utilize many types of offloading techniques to help accelerate the healing process and prevent the return of the wound.  We use the most up-to-date conservative and surgical processes to prevent and treat any type of wound infection including bone infections. Advanced surgical reconstruction is also available for patients with foot deformities resulting from wounds both as a curative and as a preventative measure. Our top priority is ensuring the quality of life for our patients by identifying the quickest path to closure of their wound.
